Quinta Fernando is a charming and atmospherically decorated country-style villa, located in the hills near Santa Bárbara de Nexe. The property offers peace, comfort, and beautiful open views, yet is only a 25-minute drive from the coastal towns of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.


The villa is perfect for families looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a green, tranquil setting. The large, beautifully landscaped garden is ideal for children to play safely, with plenty of space, a trampoline, table tennis, and a small football goal. Meanwhile, adults can enjoy the peace and quiet, the views, and the various seating areas in both sun and shade.

Inside, you'll find a warm, homely atmosphere with a spacious living room, a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and four comfortable bedrooms. Outside, there’s a heatable saltwater pool with a safety cover and a lovely outdoor kitchen featuring both a Big Green Egg and a Weber BBQ – perfect for long, enjoyable evenings with family or friends.

Santa Bárbara de Nexe, a charming village in the southern part of Portugal, is located approximately 13 kilometers north of the city of Faro. Santa Bárbara de Nexe is known for its traditional architecture, featuring whitewashed houses and narrow streets that emphasize the village's charm. The village also has a strong sense of community and hosts various local events annually, such as festivals and markets. With its convenient location, Santa Bárbara de Nexe is an ideal base for exploring the Algarve.

For daily necessities, Santa Bárbara de Nexe has some local shops, but if you wish to do more extensive shopping, you can take a short drive to Faro (13 km). In the village itself, you can enjoy cozy dining establishments serving traditional Portuguese dishes and local specialties.

Santa Bárbara de Nexe has some interesting sights, including the "Igreja de Santa Bárbara de Nexe," a tranquil historic church in the village center. Approximately 9 kilometers away, you'll find the bustling market of Loulé, where you can discover local products and crafts. Rental conditions

Rental Terms and Conditions
The rental price includes the use of water, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, electricity, pool and garden maintenance, and final cleaning. The use of pool heating is not included in the rental price.

Security Deposit
The security deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days after your stay, provided no damage has been caused. In the event of damage, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, and an additional payment may be required to cover the damage.

Payment
The reservation is only confirmed after a deposit of 30% of the rental amount has been paid. The remaining balance, including the aforementioned deposit, must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival in Portugal.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees apply:
a. Cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 30% of the rental price.
b. Cancellation within 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Check-in and Check-out
You may check in after 4:00 PM and must check out before 10:00 AM, in order to allow time for cleaning the property.

Liability
Portugalvillas / the owner(s) accept no liability for the consequences of any accidents, etc., during your stay in Portugal, and specifically in and around the accommodation, regardless of the circumstances in which they occur.


Other
We strongly recommend taking out a comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance policy.
